We understand that getting your document(s) notarized can be tricky to navigate. That is why at Hallmark Signings we do our best to make the process as simple and easy as possible. Through communication and coordination, we are able to ensure that your notarization will be efficient and easy.
To further ensure simplicity, at Hallmark Signings, we will print your documents and provide them to you at the time of notarization if needed. When you book with us and request your documents to be printed, we will include up to 5 printed pages for your notarization.
*Discount amount subject to number of documents notarized at the time of appointment.
What we need from you.
For every notarization Hallmark Signings requires identification. Having proper identification helps to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. Acceptable forms of identification are as follows:
- Current (unexpired) Driver's License
- Current (unexpired) State Issued I.D.
- Current (unexpired) Military I.D.
- State, County, and Local Government I.D.
- U.S. Issued Passport

Acknowledgements
An acknowledgment may be performed on documents that control and/or convey ownership.
These documents can include but are not limited to:

Property/Mortgage Deeds

Last Will and Testaments
Custody/Guardianship Agreements
Jurats
A jurat is performed for evidentiary documents that are critical to the operation of the civil and criminal justice system. For a jurat, the signer must appear in person to speak aloud an oath or affirmation promising that the statements in the document being notarized are true.
